What we collect
Only what you send us in a WhatsApp message. That is usually your name, your JAMB registration number, and a description of what you need. Sometimes a screenshot.
This site itself collects nothing. There is no account, no form, no analytics script and no advertising pixel. Opening this page does not tell us you were here.
What we do with it
We use your details to do the job you asked for, and for nothing else. A JAMB registration number is typed into JAMB’s portal to complete your request, and that is the extent of it.
We keep no record of your JAMB registration number once the work is finished. There is no list, no spreadsheet and no database here for it to sit in. What does remain is the WhatsApp conversation you sent it in, which the next section covers. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Messages on WhatsApp
Your conversation with us lives in WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and not by us. Their handling of your messages is covered by their own privacy terms, not ours.
You can delete the conversation from your own device at any time. If you want us to delete our copy as well, ask and we will.
Payments
We never ask for your bank password, your card PIN, or a one-time code from your bank. Nobody legitimate will. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not from us.
An official fee charged by JAMB or by a school belongs to them and never to us, and we never add anything to one. On most services you pay it yourself. On the few where we pay it for you, the service row shows the official amount as its own line before you agree to anything. Either way we never see your card details, and we never need them.
Asking us about your data
Message us on WhatsApp on the same number you have been talking to us on, and ask. We will tell you what we still hold, and delete it if you want it gone.
