Two Different September 30 Deadlines

Two things end on 30 September 2026 and they have nothing to do with each other. Every year people conflate them, act on the wrong one, and miss the one that actually applied to them.

One: NSUK screening closes

Nasarawa State University Keffi closes Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening on 30 September 2026. This matters only if you are applying to NSUK. If you are not, it is not your deadline.

Two: JAMB’s final window on old offers

Separately, JAMB has set 30 September 2026 as the final window to accept or reject outstanding admission offers going back to 2021. After it closes, an offer nobody touched reverts to Not Admitted.

This one catches people who stopped checking. If you were offered a place in an earlier year and never accepted or rejected it, whether because you changed your mind, or were waiting on something, or simply did not know it was there, that offer is still sitting on your profile and it is about to be closed out.

We cannot check this for you unprompted

We keep no record of candidates’ registration numbers after a job is finished. That is a deliberate decision and not one we are going to quietly reverse to build a contact list. It also means there is no list here to search. Nothing to look up who among the people we have helped has an untouched offer, and no way to warn you individually.

So this is the warning, published rather than sent. Log into CAPS and look at your own status. If there is an offer on it, decide before the 30th.
